 We were in DC both at the end of April and the second week of May.

In between, Tim had a Raleigh tour, and then during his week off, 

we went on a whirlwind history tour in VA.

In Raleigh, we had a more restful week & took some time to stop and smell the flowers

 here at Sarah P. Duke Gardens near Duke University.

 We met a friendly turtle who we named Fido, because he came whenever we called him!

Aren't these flowers cool!?

We hadn't seen them before, but Jadan knew they were allium...from Minecraft!
